PAV BHAJI FRANKIE

Prparation Time : 10 to 15 Minutes

Cooking Time : 20 to 25 Minutes

Serve : 2-4

INGREDIENTS

For Boiling Vegetables

● 1 Medium Cauliflower, florets

● 2 Medium Potato, Cubed

● 2 Medium Carrot ( peeled, cubed)

● 1:3 Cup Fresh Green Peas

● 3 to 4 Tablespoon Butter, cubed

● Salt to Taste

● Water


FOR PAV BHAJI

● 1 and half tablespoon  butter

● 1 tablespoon oil

● 1 Medium onion chopped

● 1 tablespoon ginger garlic past

● 1 tablespoon degi red chilli powder

● 1 Mediums Tomatos chopped

● Salt to taste

● 2 Green Chillies ( less spicy & chopped)

● 1 and half tablespoon pav bhaji masala

● Boiled Vegetables

● 1 Tablespoon pav bhaji masala

● 1 large capsicum, roughly chopped

● 1 Table spoon butter, cubed

● 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves, Roughly chopped

FOR DOUGH

● 1 and half cup Refined flour

● 1 Tablespoon Oil

● Water as required

● 1 tqblspoon oil ( after Kneading)


FOR ROASTING ROTI

● 1-2 Tablespoon Oil

● 1 tablespoon Butter, cubed


FOR SALAT

● half onion chopped

● 1 Green Chillies ( less spicy & Chopped)

● 1 tablespoon coriander leaves, chopped

● 1 table spoon lemon juice

● Salt to taste


FOR ASSEMBLING

● 1 half Cooked Roti

● Pav bhaji filling

● Processed cheese granted

● Prepared Salat

● A pinch of pav bhaji masala


FOR GARNISH

Coriander Sprig

PROCESS

For Boiling Vegetables : In a pressure cooker, add cauliflower, potato, carrot, green peas, butter, salt to taste, water and mix it well.

Cover it with a lid and cook for 2-3 Whistle. Ones the vegetable are cooked well. mash the vegetable  with the help of a masher and keep it aside for further use.


FOR TEMPERING

In a Shallow pan, add butter, oil, ones, its hot add onions and saute well. add ginger garlic past and saute, add degi red chilli powder and saute well.

add tomato, salt to taste and cook it for 1-2 Minutes on modered heat. add green chillies pav bhaji masala and saute it well. add prepared boiled vegetable and mix it well.

Ones pav bhaji is cooked well, add butter and Stir. add coriander leaves and cook it for 3-4 minutes on modered heat.

FOR DOUGH

In a bowl or parat , add refined flour, oil, water as required and knead it well. make a smooth semi soft  dough apply oil onto it and cover it with the muslin cloth & let it rest for 10-15 Minutes.

Devide the dough into small lemon size balls, make flat roti with the help of a roling pin. keep it aside for further use.


FOR ROASTING ROTI

In a flat pen. add oil, once it's hot, place roti on it and roast up to 50% on both the sides. transfer it to a plate and keep it for further use.

FOR SALAT

In a bowl, add onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, lemon juice, salt to taste and mix everything well. keep it aside for further use.

FOR ASSEMBLING

In a Pan. Add butter, once it melted, place roti and cook it on both aside. transfer it to a plate or platter

place the prepared pav bhaji filling on the roti add prepared salat, granted cheese, sprinkle pav bhaji masala and roll it.

Serve it on a serving platter, garnish it with coriander sprig. and serve hot and Ready your breakfast......that it.
