Coconut Mawa Peda + Phuljari
Preparation Time : 15 to 20 Minutes
Cooking Time : 10 to 15 Minutes or Serves : 4 to 5
INGREDIENTS
● 350 ml Milk
● Half tin Nestle Milkmaid
● Rich Flour Mixture
● 1 cup dessicated coconut
● 1 Tablespoon Ghee
FOR RICH FLOUR MIXTURE
● Half Cup Rich Flour
● 1 Table Spoon Milk
● 1 Tablespoon Water
OTHER INGREDIENTS
● Half Tablespoon Beetroot Puree
● Half Tablespoon Pista Puree
● 1 Tablespoon Saffron Water
● Half Cup Red Colored Dessicated Coconut
● Half Cup Yellow Colored Dessicated Coconut
● Half Cup Green Colored Dessicated Coconut
FOR GARNISH
● Silver Vark
● Chocolate, Sprinkler
PROCESS
In a Sauch Pot, Add Milk, Give it a boil, Add Nestle Milkmaid, Rice Flour Mixture and Mix well. add dessicated coconut and cook for 4-5 Minutes Until its leaves The Pan.
FOR RICE FLOUR MIXTURE
In a bowl, add rice flour Milk, water and mix well. Keep aside for Furder use.
FOR SHAPPING THE PHULJARI
Divide the Mixture into separed bowl and add the colore of the choich.
Let it cool to room temperature and make lemon sized balls, given them the desired shap or shap them into phuljari.
Transfer it onto a serving dish and coat it with colored desicated coconut and garnish it with silver Verk or Chocolate Sprinkler. allow it to set . arrange them nicely on serving platter. Thats it.
